Week 41 - Where is the grace?
I am grace.
I am undeserved favor.
I am grace.
I am a gift of forgiveness.
I am grace.
I am mercy defined.
Call me grace.
Call me love unconditional.
Call me grace.
Call me divine power.
Call me grace.
Jesus in me.
I am grace.
The Back Story:
Someone spoke unkindly to me.
It upset me.
It made me sad and angry.
It felt like an insult.
I questioned what did I do wrong?
Is there something wrong with me?
After some time spent in hurt,
I presented the issue to God.
I asked Him to take this burden.
He asked me,
“Where is the grace?”
“Oh.” I responded.
I thought
Where is the grace? Where?
Instead of offering this person advice on how to speak to me and others,
I could give grace.
Grace comes from Jesus
I don’t have to force grace.
Grace is inside of me
anxious to flow.
Because
I am grace.
“And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work.”
II Corinthians 9:8 NKJV
“For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God,”
Ephesians 2:8 NKJV
