"Rest in me," He whispers to me.

I shut my eyes gently.

I breathe, aware of each inhale and exhale.

I take notice of the beats of my heart.

My limbs are relaxed, yet my fingers flutter.

I see the truth.

"And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being."

Genesis 2:7 NKJV

I am a creation.

With a Creator.

There is not doubt who I am.

A creation of God Almighty.

I see the truth.
